Why does my boss suck so much? It seems that no matter what I do, or how I try to improve, it goes entirely unnoticed! Instead what is seemingly dooly noted is every time I make the smallest mistake!!!

Have you ever been at a job where it seems like the notepad opens every time that you screw up something small, but immediately closes every time that you do something right? That is how it feels for me. I can be running around, getting a million and one things completed, but I fail one task, like reordering printing paper, it becomes lecture fest 2008!

Yet as I run around, completing tasks only an octopus could achieve, 8 arms and all, I notice my boss in his office, his chair leaned back, yapping on the phone, and an evil eye turned my direction! It makes me wonder how the hell anything would get done at this shitty office if I was not the bitch-boy 24/7.

The worst part is that the asshole even tries to call me in on my days off. He told me last Friday, We (meaning his lazy ass) are really far behind (he is far behind because he slacks off) and we could really use your help this weekend. So I need you to come in for at least a few hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Of course, I politely informed him that I was unavailable at a moment's notice and have unbreakable plans with family and friends. To no avail he insisted, and I still refused. The evil eye smirked once again and he let me know that they expect more out of their employees. I told him that perhaps they were grossly understaffed and should consider hiring on more help. To this he responded, perhaps the problem is with the help we currently have!!

So here I sit, working over my resume once again and sending it out I hope that your day has gone better. Sorry to rant, just really peeved right now.

Looks like I have to find a new job and another asshole boss to bitch at me some more. Will things ever get any better????
